IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING.

All sections of this agreement must be accepted in order to participate in a Casted Rings workshop.

Participation and Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in a hands-on jewelry workshop involves activities that may include the use of tools, equipment, and materials, and participation in creative processes that carry inherent risks.

I acknowledge that participation may involve foreseeable and unforeseeable risks, including the risk of illness, injury, property damage, or other harm, and that such risks may arise from my own actions, the actions of other participants, or the nature of the activity itself.

I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks and agree to assume and accept any and all risks associated with participation.

Participant Responsibility and Fitness

I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the workshop and that I do not have any medical condition that would prevent or interfere with safe participation.

I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Casted Rings in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, physical limitations, or accessibility needs. Failure to do so is done at my own risk.

I agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Casted Rings staff. I understand that failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

Waiver, Release, and Indemnification

On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, I hereby release, waive, covenant not to sue, indemnify, and hold harmless Casted Rings LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the workshop.

This release includes claims arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Casted Rings is not an insurer of participant behavior and assumes no responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.

Jewelry Outcome Disclaimer

I understand that Casted Rings workshops are experience-based, and that all jewelry created is handmade through participant involvement.

I acknowledge that finished pieces may include imperfections, variations, structural irregularities, sizing differences, or aesthetic outcomes that differ from expectations.

Casted Rings makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, durability, wearability, or longevity of any jewelry created during the workshop. No refunds, remakes, or credits are provided based on the outcome of the finished piece.

Personal Property

I understand that Casted Rings is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the workshop.

Booking, Attendance, and Refund Policies

I agree to all booking, transfer, cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies as presented at the time of booking. Missed workshops or incomplete participation do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal action arising out of participation in the workshop shall be brought in the State of Utah.

Severability

If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Photo and Media Release

I grant Casted Rings permission to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and work for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes in any media, without compensation.

I waive any right to inspect or approve final materials and release Casted Rings from any related claims.

Acknowledgment

By checking the acknowledgment box and completing my booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Agreement.
