Workshop Policies & Terms of Service

Booking, Transfers & Refunds

• Your booking can be transferred to a different date up to 24 hours before your workshop.
• Bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled workshop.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will not be credited or refunded.
• A $15 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments without prior notice.
• Private events and Wedding Band Workshops may have different policies, which are outlined at booking.

Safety Requirements

To participate safely, all attendees must:

• Follow all instructions from Casted Rings staff
• Tie back long hair or loose clothing
• Wear any prescription glasses or vision aids they require — fine detail work is part of the experience
• Use caution when handling sharp tools
• Hold torches exactly as instructed during casting (under close supervision)

Anyone not following safety guidelines may be asked to step out of the activity. Casted Rings is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from failure to follow these safety requirements.

Health & Accessibility

Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies, physical conditions, or accessibility needs that may affect your participation. We do our best to accommodate everyone, but some workshop steps involve basic hand coordination and periods of standing.

Late Arrival Policy

Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss important steps and may not be able to complete their piece. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed portions due to lateness.

Jewelry Outcome Disclaimer

Casted Rings is a hands-on, experience-first workshop. While we guide you through every step, your finished piece may reflect the natural imperfections of handmade work. These are part of the charm, and we do not offer refunds or remakes based on aesthetic outcomes.

Occasionally, due to time limitations, we may need to finish your ring after the class. This may include cases where gemstones shatter or fall out, casts fail, or wax pieces break. In such instances, we'll finish the work and notify you when your ring is ready for pickup (typically within 2 weeks).

SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS notifications during booking, you consent to receive text messages from Casted Rings regarding your booking confirmation and appointment reminders. Message frequency is up to 3 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal action arising out of participation in a workshop shall be brought in the State of Utah. If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
