Information We Collect

When you book a workshop, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), party size, and preferred date. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To confirm and manage your booking
• To send appointment reminders (email and, if opted in, SMS)
• To process payments
• To respond to your inquiries

SMS Messaging

If you opt in to SMS notifications, your phone number will be used solely to send booking confirmations and reminders related to your appointment. We send up to 3 messages per booking. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Photo & Media Release

By participating in a Casted Rings workshop, you grant Casted Rings permission to photograph, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, and work for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes in any media, without compensation. You waive any right to inspect or approve final materials and release Casted Rings from any related claims.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers (Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, Google Calendar for scheduling) solely to fulfill your booking. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

Personal Property

Casted Rings is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the workshop.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation in a hands-on jewelry workshop involves activities that may include the use of tools, equipment, and materials that carry inherent risks — including foreseeable and unforeseeable risks of illness, injury, property damage, or other harm arising from your own actions, the actions of other participants, or the nature of the activity itself.

You affirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating and that you do not have any medical condition that would prevent or interfere with safe participation. You agree to notify Casted Rings in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs.

On behalf of yourself, your heirs, assigns, and personal representatives, you hereby release, waive, covenant not to sue, indemnify, and hold harmless Casted Rings LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action — whether known or unknown — arising out of or related to your participation in the workshop. This release includes claims arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Casted Rings is not an insurer of participant behavior and assumes no responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your booking information for up to 2 years for record-keeping purposes. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@castedrings.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised date.
